Do you process payments?
No. Your clients pay you the way they always have. Bit, Bizum, e-transfer, cash, PayPal, Stripe Link — whatever works where you are. We just record each payment so your dashboards stay honest.
What do I actually get on the Free plan?
Every feature except a custom domain and CSV export — capped at 4 clients and 2 services. Booking page, email reminders, packs, dashboards, in-app chat, intake forms, custom per-client pricing. It's a real product, not a trial. No card asked for at signup, no clock ticking down.
What flips when I upgrade to Pro?
The caps come off (unlimited clients and services), you can point your own domain at your booking page, and you unlock CSV export on every dashboard. Same app, same data — just bigger and on your URL.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro. Point a CNAME at us. SSL gets provisioned in about five minutes. The Free plan uses athlen.app/c/yourname instead — coaches typically only need the custom domain once they're growing past four clients.
Right-to-left Hebrew really works?
Every screen, every email, every dashboard. We have an ESLint rule that won't let us ship LTR-only code, so RTL bugs can't slip through. Same care goes into Spanish and French.
Will my Google Calendar stay in sync?
Yes, both ways. Bookings from Athlen show up in Google, Outlook or Apple. Events you create there become busy blocks here. Conflicts get flagged. Free or Pro — same sync.
What if I cancel Pro?
You drop back to Free. Your data stays exactly where it is. If you've grown past the 4-client / 2-service caps, you can keep using everything you already had — you just can't add new ones until you archive some or re-subscribe. No retention call. No hoop-jumping.
Is this for studios?
We're building a Studio plan for that — multi-coach teams, white-label client portal, multi-currency. It's marked Coming Soon on the pricing page; email hello@athlen.app to get in line. Until it ships, studios with multiple coaches should use Mindbody or Punchpass. We're great at one thing: making solo coaches' lives easier.
